Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Rates & delivery times
- Economy (5–8 business days): FREE on orders over $25. Orders under $25: $4.90 (up to 5 lb) or $19.90 (5–70 lb).
- Standard (3–4 business days): $6.90 (up to 1 lb) or $9.90 (1–5 lb).

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume are outside our control.

Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging — no product names, no branding that reveals the nature of the store.

Order issues
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or hasn't moved in tracking for an unusual length of time, email support@whipsandchains.net with your order number and we'll sort it out.
