Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with whips&chains. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this store.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, all intimate and insertable products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Non-intimate items (paddles, whips, restraints, collars, blindfolds, and similar gear) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email support@whipsandchains.net with your order number and photos of the item. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items and discounted orders are refunded at the price paid.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no need to return the item.
