What we collect
When you shop with us we collect your contact information (name, email, phone, shipping/billing address) and order details. Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, communicate about your purchase, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information, ever.

Sharing
We share only what's necessary to run the store: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and Shopify (our platform provider). All are bound by their own privacy obligations.

Discretion
We take your privacy seriously: orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or the nature of the store.

Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@whipsandchains.net. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we don't sell it).

Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand store traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may not function properly.
